By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions:

Orders placed online will be shipped within 7 working days via collect +. Please see prices below. If you would like an alternative shipping service to be used please contact us.

Please note that these prices exclude packaging costs. This will be added at the checkout.
Orders placed online will be shipped within 28 working days via airmail. Buyers overseas are responsible for any import duties, custom fees and taxes. Please contact us for precise prices.
Any made to order accessories will take up to 6 weeks. Please contact us if you need something on a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Ordering and Payment
To order online browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection click ‘Checkout’ and fill in your details.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your product you can do so within 28 days of the date of purchase for a full refund providing the item is returned in saleable condition. We will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. We will not offer a refund on returned items that are damaged or lost in the post. When returning goods it is expected that you, the customer cover the postage cost of returning the item. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the product. We strongly advise the use of recorded delivery when returning items and that you retain your proof of postage.

Right to cancel
Customers can cancel their order any time from the moment they place it, up to seven working days from the day after they receive the goods – even if the goods are not faulty. Customers must tell us of their wish to cancel via letter or email. Customers must return any goods supplied as part of the cancelled order and must cover the postage cost of returning any items. Consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession during the cancellation period.
Approval of your Order
We will confirm our acceptance of your order by email (where a valid email address is provided) on receipt of cleared funds. Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are in stock and available for purchase and that all applicable charges have been fully paid.
We have endeavoured to display every product as accurately as possible .We have also done everything possible to ensure that the specifications, descriptions and colours of our products are as accurate and possible but we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the internet browser software or computer system used by you to view our items. All photographs and product information issued on the website are solely to give an approximate idea of the products we offer. We are happy to send a small shade card free of charge showing available colours on request prior to purchasing.
We respect the privacy and privacy rights of all our customers and will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
