Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your product you can do so within 28 days of the date of purchase for a full refund providing the item is returned in saleable condition. We will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. We will not offer a refund on returned items that are damaged or lost in the post. When returning goods it is expected that you, the customer cover the postage cost of returning the item. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the product. We strongly advise the use of recorded delivery when returning items and that you retain your proof of postage.

In the event of faulty goods please contact our sales team at as soon as possible to discuss replacements or refund.

Right to cancel
Customers can cancel their order any time from the moment they place it, up to seven working days from the day after they receive the goods – even if the goods are not faulty. Customers must tell us of their wish to cancel via letter or email. Customers must return any goods supplied as part of the cancelled order and must cover the postage cost of returning any items. Consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession during the cancellation period.
