Returns & Refunds
You can return your goods within the first 14 days of receipt. Unless the product is faulty you will be liable for the postal cost to return the item. If more than 14 days pass since your purchase has been received we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item in question is faulty.
To qualify for a refund your item must be returned in an unused and same condition as you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are a number of items that are exempt from being returned unless they are faulty. The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- patterns & books
- needles, hooks, and notions
- Any bespoke/commision knitwear
- Any item not in its original condition.
- sale items
- Any items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will contact you once your return is received and inspected to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. All things wool will reimburse delivery costs when a returned item is faulty and send a replacement product at no additional cost. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Cancelation by us
All things wool reserve the right to cancel an order at any given time if we have insufficient stock to fulfill your order or are unable to deliver to your area.
Colour of yarns
At ‘all things wool’ and our suplies do our very best to make sure the images show are a true reflection of the colours of the yarns and products. However please be aware that various settings on computer/tablet and mobile phone screens may show a slight variation on colour. We can not we held responsible for this.
